The initial requirements to setup a DMCC company are:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Applicant’s Personal Profile (short CV)
  • Passport copy (valid, clear and coloured with signature page)
  • NOC from sponsor, if applicant is holding a valid UAE visa
  • Bank Reference Letter (original, not older than 3 months, signed by authorized signatory and stamped by the bank)
  • Utility Bill or Proof of Address (not older than 3 months)
  • Company Profile / Business Plan (with highlights on the activities, target clients, market, funding source and financial plan)
